Kitchen / Diner Extension
The extension achieved a very good living space providing a large kitchen and dining /living area . The immediate outside area was raised to be level with the bi fold doors ‘to bring the garden into the house’. With some sympathetic landscaping and lighting the clients were delighted with such a pleasant outside space for their children and for entertaining.
Total Refurbishment of a very dated semi
This was a small unmodernised house. The family wanted to achieve the maximum living area but still keep a separate reception room. We knocked the original kitchen, dining room and living room through to give one large family area, but installed dividing doors to give a separate reception room when needed. A good sized family bathroom was created by repositioning the partition walls to incorporate the separate toilet and by using some of the landing area.
