We specialise in side and rear extensions, ‘garden rooms’, loft, basement and garage conversions. (We were one of the first companies to carry out a loft conversion on a Victorian house in Battersea where now they are very commonplace and such a good use of space.) We also install home cinemas, controlled lighting systems etc. We carry out major refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom renovations, but we are also more than happy to take on small works/repairs, carpentry, joinery, plastering, painting and redecoration.
All my staff are tradesmen, most of them having worked with me for many years. Our Electricians are registered NICEIC engineers and our Heating and Plumbing engineers are, of course, Gas Safe registered.

We have our own Architect and Structural Surveyor who can plan, advise and also liaise with your Local Authority Planning Department and, if necessary, your neighbours on any issues arising.

We work with the Local Authority Building Control Departments to ensure the work meets with all regulations and consents. We provide you with the approval certificates on completion of the works.

We totally respect our customers’ property and aim to cause the minimum of disturbance. Our jobs/sites are always well run and tidy and my workers are honest and respectful. My priority is a ‘happy customer’ who will, and does, recommend my company.
